Shipping & Delivery

Each product has an expected ship date shown above its price. If an item is in stock, orders placed by 4pm ET are GUARANTEED to ship out next business day. In most cases items will be shipped out same day. Delivery times are determined based on the shipping method you select.

We know getting online purchases FAST is favored.  We strive for customer satisfaction.  We CURRENTLY ship all "Free Shipping" packages using FEDEX GROUND. 


Free Shipping / Free Returns 

Free Shipping / Free Returns applies to Continental USA orders only.  PO BOXES, APO are excluded.

 

International Shipping & Delivery

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.  Shipping / Return shipping / Duty - from orders outside US are buyers responsibility.  


NOTE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Your shipment will originate from the United States. Your country may levy a customs fee on your shipment. Many customers do not typically receive international packages and are surprised to see these charges. We cannot predict what the customs fees will be as we ship to over 50 countries. If shipping via FEDEX, they will pay the customs fees levied by your country on your behalf and then bill you accordingly. Failure to pay the customs fee will result in the impounding and destruction of your order. FEDEX does not return the packages to Luigibaldo.com. We cannot issue you a refund if your shipment is refused.

 

Tracking an Order

Simply log in to your account, click on the related order, click on “TRACK YOUR ORDER” 

Note: Once package is in FedEx's possesion, please contact FedEx directly (800) 463-3339 with any questions, comments or concerns, regarding your delivery. If package(s) show as delivered, and you have still not received your package(s), please contact FedEx directly. A package is insured for $100.00 unless otherwise specified. Please initiate a claim directly with FedEx, should your package be lost.


 

Cancelling an Order

Log into your account to cancel an order.  If an order has already been processed, simply email Sales@luigibaldo.com to cancel an order.  Be sure to include sales order number.

We value your business and have taken the necessary precautions to protect your personal information.  Your information is proprietary and will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

 

Returns & Replacements

We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will accept your unworn return for full credit of the price paid. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department via email Sales@luigibaldo.com within 30 days of your order to request an RMA # and Shipping Label.

 

For your purchase to qualify for a return the merchandise must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached. We are not able to accept returns of worn, altered, or washed merchandise. Once we receive your return and verify that complies with above rules, we shall issue a credit to the same form of payment within 7 days. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we issue your refund for it appear on your account, for more information contact your bank or credit card issuer for processing times.

 

Ordering

Ordering is quick and easy. Items can be quickly added to your shopping cart by clicking “ADD TO CART” while browsing different styles, or simply click on the image to learn more about the product. Our products are available in various colors and sizes, please double check your selections in your shopping cart prior to finalizing your order. Once confirmed, complete your order by utilizing our straightforward and secure checkout process. When you complete your order you will be sent a confirmation email, outlining your order details.

 

Pre-Ordering

 If you pre-order an item, order will go on hold until the item becomes available,  When the item/s become available you will recieve tracking info for your shipment.


Payment

We accept all major credit cards. If you are experiencing issues with your payment method, please double check your billing and credit card information. If the problem persists, please try another payment method or contact your bank or credit card issuer.
